Full-time Metro Manila ₱40,000 - ₱65,000 / month
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Property Partnerships Manager to acquire new property listings, onboard landlords, and scale BNT Rentals' footprint across Metro Manila.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with independent landlords, operators, and property managers.
- Pitch the value proposition of BNT Rentals' professional management platform.
- Conduct site viewings, check property standards, and onboard new listings.
- Achieve monthly listing acquisition and partnership targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably in real estate.
- Deep knowledge of the Metro Manila rental market.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven attitude and willingness to travel around Metro Manila for meetings.
